Thisalbum Brand New eyes was amazing. This work of art is third album by paramore. Asyou know it is rock band. And, boys does it live up to its name! paramore is apersonal favorite of our favoriteartist/celebrity Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. They exclusively dished “favoriteband”, and that haley Williams (the lead singer) was their fashion idol.so ifpop starts Selena Gomez and Demi Lovata love them, why not us.? The tracklisted is started off with extremely liud electric guitar, with “careful”. Itis the best track they have ever done. The guitar and singing is awesome, andhas got an awfully exhilaratingbeat. Track 2, is “ignorance” oh my GOD! How canI explain the deliciously sarcastic lyrics? Hayley’s voice is so well suited toheavy, electric guitar chords. With a moving beat and superb theme, continueson taking over your mind. “Playing God is next”.
Wow!This song is so true. It starts off slow and steady, and with woeful lyrics. Thenwith whoosh, the chorus takes over with its naturally factual lyrics. An amazingsong! “Brick by Boring Brick” track,4 has really interesting lyrics. Feet tappingbeats and remarkable guitaring! Hayley’s voice is nicely complicated. The next pieceof good cake is “turn it off”. With soft lyrics, but reasonable paced guitarand a catchy melody, this song was one of much preferred song when I was kindof depressed. Really helped! Next up, is my favourite song in this album, nextto “playing God”. This is “the only exception”. This is one of the songs that Iloved so much that I learned on the guitar. Wonderful song it’s just soinnocent sweet and natural. The melody is beautiful and seems ever beautiful andseems ever lasting. One of those songs you want to sing alone too.
Track7, “Feeling Sorry”, shifts gear with a hard touch to the lyrics. This song hasan irresistible chorus! Invigorating guitaring, and drumming. “Looking up” Isnext on the list. Electrifying guitars starts the fire. This song also has atotally unique chorus with incredible bass guitaring. This is one of the songwhich leads to the realization that Hayley Williams has got range. “Where thelines overlap”, track 9. One of the most listened to songs on my iPod. It’s justso good, you start moving with the beats and start taping your feet and fingerswith whatever is near. This is also one rare song in which you actually hearthe rest of the members (all boys singing at the back). On number 10 it’s “MisguidedGhosts”. A very deeply thought out song, Beautiful theme and superb chordswitching by the guitarists. a mellow soft and short song.
“AllI wanted” is song with thousand colors. The starting feeds your mind thepicture of colorless world. Then you hit, literally hit the chorus. Loud musictakes over soft tunes; vigorous strumming and well aimed drumming. Lastly, thealbum comes to an end with the song that made paramore ultra popular “Decode”the theme song for the smash hit flick “twilight”! a sinister starting, anupbeat chorus, controlled yet rocking guitaring; all in all a perfect song fortwilight( the movie) and twilight (the time). That ends my take on paramorealbum “brand new eyes”. Hope you are rushing off to get your copy of thissensational CD.
